On average, our dry time is 6-8 hours. It is completely safe to walk on the carpeting as it dries though we do warn that there is a risk of slipping if going from the damp carpet to a hard surface or while using damp stairways. We do also recommend that you wait until the carpeting is dry to move any heavy furniture or pieces with wood or metal legs back into place.

Over time this added layer of protector wears down. Your carpet’s ability to resist soiling, staining and wear is reduced over time. This allows spots and spills to become stains and traffic areas to become permanent traffic patterns due to fiber damage. ZEROREZ® Madison uses the industry’s best fiber protectant that can be applied to the carpet after cleaning.

If not properly treated, these accidents can create a breeding ground for bacteria and an unhealthy environment. If there is concern we will inspect the carpet using a combination of UV light, moisture meters, and smell. Our trained technicians will review the condition of the carpet, the severity of the contamination and what the options are to treat the spots. Our technicians will be able to discuss all options, costs and solutions with you when they inspect your home and review the existing conditions. Any service recommended by a technician is optional. If you decline a Severe Odor and Stain treatment it does void our 30-day "Gotta Love It Guarantee" for that area of your home.

Please remember that we do have the option to schedule online! We service customers on Saturday but the main office is closed.

No. We understand life is busy and unexpected things can change your schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at (608) 848-9000. We appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible (preferably a few days) so that we can adjust our schedule to accommodate the change. Please note that our online scheduler does not have the capability to cancel or reschedule appointments.

While we prefer that you be home during your appointment, it is not required. We do appreciate having someone there to confirm the areas that will be cleaned, discuss options and address any concerns we may encounter during the service. If you will not be home we will need information on how to access the residence. All of our technicians are employees, not sub-contractors and we are fully insured. Normally we collect payment when we have completed the work (check, credit card, cash) so please make arrangements for payment with our office if you will not be home.

Most carpet manufacturers require you to have your carpets cleaned with Hot Water Extraction (HWE) every 12 to 18 months in order to maintain their warranty. Our cleaning process goes above and beyond normal HWE so using ZEROREZ® will help you maintain your carpet’s warranty. Remember that a build up of soil in your carpet can permanently damage your carpet as it scratches the fibers and refracts light differently resulting in traffic or wear patterns. By the time your carpets look dirty it is similar to the oil light warning going on in your car. Cleaning more frequently will extend the life of your carpet investment.

Due to liability concerns, we do not move large, bulky or heavy furniture like entertainment centers, bookcases, beds, dressers, curio cabinets or other similar items. We can move most smaller couches, chairs, coffee tables, etc. when requested.

We do not move fragile items or electronics like televisions, game systems, computers, lamps, etc.
