ZEROREZ® Madison cleaning services are based on our unique Zr Clean™ technology. Zr Clean™ is enhanced water that is electrolyzed and oxidized to create a powerful cleaning solution without harmful toxins or harsh chemicals. ZEROREZ® Madison's patented cleaning process means your carpets dry faster and stay clean longer.

Our hot water extraction process does leave some moisture in the carpet. You should expect a dry time between 6 and 8 hours depending on the soil level prior to cleaning, humidity, the density of your carpet fibers and airflow in the home. You can walk on it immediately afterward; we just recommend wearing clean socks. Be careful walking on your newly cleaned carpet as it may be slightly slippery, especially going from a carpeted area to a tile area.

ZEROREZ® Madison offers a thirty-day Gotta Love It Guarantee™! If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days after your cleaning we will gladly return to your home and re-clean the areas you are not happy with.

ZEROREZ® Madison charges per room/area instead of total square footage. A standard size area is up to 225 square feet (15x15) . A typical staircase with 16 steps is considered one area. Each room/area is $55 to pre-treat, clean and refresh. A typical hallway is $30 to clean.

The application of Fabric Protector is an additional service we offer. Most carpet manufacturers apply a topical fabric protector to their carpets during manufacturing. With time, this added layer of protector wears down. Your carpet’s ability to resist soiling, staining and wear is reduced over time, allowing spots and spills to become stains, and heavy traffic area to get a permanent traffic lane gray from scratched fibers. ZEROREZ® Madison uses the industry’s best fiber protectant that can be applied to the carpet after cleaning.

ZEROREZ® Madison understands that pet accidents happen, causing odor and discoloration in your floor coverings. If not properly treated, biological matter such as urine can create a breeding ground for bacteria and an unhealthy environment. Most of our Pet Treatments require additional cost and the technician will discuss those cost options before beginning treatment. Any service recommended by a technician is optional. If you decline a pet treatment it does void our 30-day Gotta Love It Guarantee ™ for that area of your home. If there is concern over a biological issue we will inspect the carpet with a special UV light that helps illuminate contaminates in the carpet. Our trained cleaning technicians will review the condition of the carpet, the severity of the biological contamination and what the options are to treat the spots. Our technicians will be able to discuss all the options, costs and solutions with you when they inspect your Madison Area home and review the existing conditions.

Harmful soaps and detergents left behind by “Do it Yourself” spotting chemicals or improper cleaning techniques can sometimes create a bigger problem than the original spot. Soaps and detergents left in your carpet will continue to attract dust and dirt making your carpet re-soil quickly. ZEROREZ® Madison cleans without harsh soaps or detergents eliminating that problem.

We can clean most types of area rugs in your home. In some instances (rugs containing urine, feces or vomit) the technician may recommend replacement or a more expensive immersion treatment at a specialized rug spa.

The Zerorez Madison office is open 8 am - 4 pm M-F. Calls outside of business hours (or when our lines are busy) are routed to our voicemail. We will respond as soon as possible. Please remember that for your convenience we do have the option to schedule online. We service customers on Saturday but the office is closed Saturdays.

No. We understand life is busy and unexpected things can change your schedule. If you need to reschedule, please call so our Madison Area's Customer Service Representatives can help you select a better time. We do appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible (preferably a few days) so that we can adjust our schedule to accommodate the change.

While we prefer that you or someone of accountable age be home during your appointment, it is not required. We do appreciate having someone there to confirm the areas that will be cleaned, discuss options and address any concerns we may encounter during the service. If you will not be home we will need information on how to access the residence. All of our technicians are employees, not sub-contractors and we are fully insured. Normally we collect payment when we have completed the work (check, credit card, cash) so please make arrangements for payment with our office if you will not be home.

Most carpet manufacturers require you to have your carpets cleaned with Hot Water Extraction (HWE) every 12 to 18 months in order to maintain their warranty. ZEROREZ® Madison's patented cleaning process goes above and beyond normal HWE so using ZEROREZ® will help you maintain your carpet’s warranty. Remember that a build up of soil in your carpet can permanently damage your carpet as it scratches the fibers and refracts light differently resulting in traffic or wear patterns. By the time your carpets look dirty it is similar to the oil light warning going on in your car. Cleaning more frequently will extend the life of your carpet investment.

We ask that you have all the small items you want out of the room before we arrive.

Due to liability concerns, we do not move large, bulky or heavy furniture like entertainment centers, bookcases, beds, dressers, curio cabinets or other similar items. We can move most smaller couches, chairs, coffee tables, etc. when requested.


We do not move breakable items or electronics like televisions, game systems, computers, lamps, etc.
